Student Support

Before referring a student to a TCM for academic or behavior support, please ensure you have implemented at least one specific Tier 2 intervention and gathered data regarding the effectiveness of that intervention. When considering a specific intervention, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Coaches, Admin, LSS, or Counselors for ideas. Below are examples of specific interventions for different subject areas.

For students with Speech and Language or OT needs, please go ahead and complete the TCM Referral form.

TCM Referral Form

  1. First, make a copy of the form, and then save it with the student’s initials along with “ _TCM20-21” (e.g., HH_TCM21-22)
  2. When completing the TCM Referral form, please make sure you share the form with Linda or Michele (depending on your grade level) as well as with Dave and Cheryl.
  3. Once the form is completed and reviewed then Cheryl will schedule a meeting.
